How it is proven
- Evidence required
- The applicant shall declare compliance with the requirements in Annex 1, state the proportion of renewable energies in the process energy in the production stage in Annex 1-P and submit a document with the description of their energy transition pathway. If the EPD is not yet available when the application is submitted, the proportion of renewable energies is submitted at a later time together with the EPD as soon as it is available, without being asked to do so.
