- The applicant shall declare compliance with the requirements in Annex 1 or submit corresponding declarations from the manufacturers/suppliers (Annex 2a). For insulation products to which con- stituents have been added that are not of mineral or renewable origin (e.g. binders, [plastic] coatings, facings), the applicant shall submit a test report according to EN ISO 16181-1:2021 as verification of phthalates (substances listed in Table A.1, Annex A of the standard). The con- tent of phthalate impurities in the constituent shall not exceed 0.1% by mass.
