The applicant shall declare compliance with the requirements in Annex 1 and submit correspond- ing declarations from the manufacturers/suppliers (Annex 2a). If the applicant cannot declare compliance with the requirement (this is the case, for example, when post-consumer recycled materials such as wastepaper, plastics, etc., are used), the contents of the halogens fluorine, chlorine and bromine must be determined by means of combustion analysis in accordance with DIN EN 14582 and the proportion of tolerable impurities may not exceed 1 g/kg.Flame retardants
