- Concrete: Site layout showing the locations of the main plant installations including roadways, stormwater drains, retention basins, etc. The layout plan includes an explanation as to why/how the site layout enables using the land in a particularly efficient way (e.g. biodiversity, efficient traffic flow, stormwater management, efficient storage / processing of materials). Cement / Aggregates: A quarry development plan is in place which includes the extraction plan and reclamation plan. AND Evidence that progressive reclamation is pursued where reasonably practical and permitted under local requirements.
