- Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. The statement shall be supported by the following: Continuous or discontinuous (no less than annually) stack emission monitoring for particulate, NO and SO undertaken in accordance with the relevant ISO, USEPA or ASTM test methods and calculations of the pollutant concentrations to demonstrate compliance with (a).
