What the product must meet

Exemptions
If primary data shows that the upstream embodied GHG value for a non-ferrous metal or ferro-alloy is higher than the replacement value, the replacement value shall still be used. If primary data shows that the upstream embodied GHG value for a non-ferrous metal or ferro-alloy is lower than the replacement value, the lower value may be used.
