In this case recycled material can be fully counted as pre-consumer recycled material. 2) The content of recycled material is shown by the company or supplier, or conclusive Chain of Custody information is presented which shows evidence up to the (sub)supplier which can verify and attest to the percentage of cycled content included as per PEFC ST 2002:2020 section 5.4
