- DoC EV-3.3.1: Evidence from manufacturer/supplier of vacuum cleaner indicating it is equipped with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter or equivalent; and DoC EV-3.3.2: Evidence demonstrating instructions provided by manufacturer/supplier for regular cleaning and replacing the filters/bags in vacuum cleaners; and DoC EV-3.3.3: Copy of procedures and instructions about provision of dust masks and hearing aids to all cleaning personnel and how to use them while working on the cleaning site.
