Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant/licence holder company. The statement shall be supported by documentation that includes: • Completed Table A2 in Appendix A, identifying hazardous substances used in the finishing processes. • Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each hazardous substance used. • Information about any chromium or nickel treatments used.
