- Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a statement of thermal resistance for each product to be licensed. This statement must be supported by: • reports from independent testing and sampling, completed by a laboratory or testing agency competent to complete the required tests; records of quality checks which demonstrate on-going compliance with the stated R-value of the product; • documentation from the quality management system on the statistical basis of sampling and relevant production and quality controls; • results of any random market sampling by independent testing agencies; and • documentation to support a reasonable expectation of durability as required by (c).
