Copy of waste management policies and procedures covering above matters; Copy of training provided to cleaning personnel for waste management as outlined above; Annual reports on waste generation by the service provider or if applicable by subcontracted waste collection provider (including recycling, disposal to landfill, minimisation and management), including from the cleaning service provider’s offices.
