- Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. The statement shall be supported by documentation that includes: A description of the policies, procedures and programmes in place to minimise undesirable heavy metals in the feedstock and finished product; and Testing results of heavy metal concentrations in steel undertaken in accordance with the relevant ISO or ASTM test methods.
