Evidence required

The applicant shall declare compliance with the requirements in Annex 4 to the contract accord- ing to DE-UZ 176 and submit the safety data sheets for the binding agents and coatings (stains, primers, clear lacquers, covering lacquers, films, decorative paper, adhesives, etc. which are used directly in the production of the composite panels) and the technical data sheets. The applicant shall submit the schematic structure and composition of the product (not the rec- ipe) and submit verification of compliance with the building inspection requirements for the rel- evant product in Annex 8 of MVV TB11. Verification can be provided in the form of a European Technical Assessment (ETA) with a declaration of performance or in the form of technical docu- mentation produced by a Technical Assessment Body according to the European Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
