- DoC HS-2.5.1: The manufacturer/applicant company shall provide evidence of its commitments to human rights including labour rights (e.g. policies, published reports containing disclosure in relation to human rights (e.g. sustainability report) commitments to international initiatives, such as the UN Global Compact); DoC HS-2.5.2: The manufacturer/applicant shall provide a map of at least one tier of its supply chain; DoC HS-2.5.3: Evidence of implementation of a Supplier ‘Code of Conduct’; Code of conduct to include Human and Labour Rights, Health and Safety of workers; DoC HS-2.5.4: Evidence of assessment of suppliers in relation to human rights and recommendations for improvements in their supply chain;
