- the applicant shall provide either a declaration of non-use of dyes from the manufac turer of the foam or, in case of use, a declaration of compliance with this criterion, together with supporting documenta tion. 2.4. Total chlorine content of isocyanates Should mixed isomers of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) be used in the production of the PUR foam, the total chlorine content of these isocyanates shall not exceed 0,07 % by weight.
