- Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement of compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. This statement shall be supported by documentation identifying the applicable standards, specifications and or consumer/customer requirements including AS1397 and AS/NZS 2728; undertaking chalk rating or colour retention testing in accordance with AS1580 or CIE Lab units; demonstrating how compliance is monitored and maintained (including quality control and assurance procedures); records of customer feedback and complaints.
