DoC HS-1.1.2: Copy of the company Occupational / Workplace H&S policy and procedures; DoC HS-1.1.3: Copy of employee induction records, training records, meeting records and risk assessments; or current ISO 45001:2018 (or former OHSAS 18001), AS/NZS 4801 or equivalent certification; DoC HS-1.1.4: Evidence of corrective action following a breach of legislation, if applicable.
