- Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. This statement shall be supported with the following documentation and evidence. • Conformance with criteria (a) shall be supported by documentation verifying the packaging is recyclable. • Conformance with criteria (b) shall be demonstrated by providing samples of all plastic containers and components. • Conformance with criteria (c) shall be supported by documentation showing the reuse rates of the drums and the verifying all decommissioned drums were recycled or are intended on being recycled.
