- Design specification or schedule of materials for the product, and an estimated total amount of certified wood and/or certified wood fibre used to produce the product annually; and a copy of certificate(s) signed by the certification authority FSC, AFS or equivalent certification (e.g., PEFC); and/or Chain of Custody evidence for all product materials including receipts showing geographic and company-based origin of materials.
