- A copy of the published Modern Slavery Statement from within the previous 12 months. The Modern Slavery Statement shall comply with the seven mandatory criteria of the Act. Supporting documents may include employment records, list of contractors, leave entitlements policy, any relevant Human Resources policy, payslips/wage scales/remuneration policy, minimum age of employment policy, any other relevant information.
