Conformance with these requirements shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. This statement shall be accompanied by: - a test report for arsenic, cadmium and lead in the end product with analysis performed using the following, or equivalent, test methods: CEN TC 309 WI 065 – 4.3.
