- Exemptions
- Specialised products (e.g. PVC pipes) where product performance standards set maximum recycled content requirements. Where this is the case, the maximum limit set in the relevant performance standard will apply as the minimum recycled content acceptable for award of an EC A licence. Food and beverage containers that are unable to contain recycled content due to food safety standards.
