- Conformance with this requirement shall be stated in writing and signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company. The statement shall be supported by a copy of the ECA certificate or an independent assessment report completed by a competent assessor demonstrating compliance with all criteria of EC-41 for the steel used.
