What the product must meet
- Exemptions
- As an exception to the requirements in 3.1 and 3.3.1, however, substances (active substances or biocides) for which an active substance dossier for preservatives for products during storage (product-type 6) according to the Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR, Regulation (EU) 528/2012) has been submitted or which are listed in Appendix A may be used in the dyes/coatings as preservatives.
