This exemption does not include pigments added for purposes other than colouring. • Naturally occurring inorganic fillers**. • Synthetic amorphous silica (SAS)***. • Polymer dispersions. * Nanomaterials/-particles are defined according to the EU Commission Recommendation on the Definition of Nanomaterial (2022/C 229/01). ** This applies to fillers covered by Annex
