- The applicant shall declare compliance with the requirements according to Table 3-5 and Table 3-6 in Annex 1 to the contract and submit the test report. If the applicant is not the paper manufacturer, the applicant shall submit a declaration from the paper manufacturer verifying compliance with the requirement according to Tables 3-5 and 3-6. The test report must comply with the requirements in the measurement specifications in Appen- dix D “Measurement of emissions to air” and it must be submitted at least every three years or in accordance with the measurement cycle stipulated by the relevant authorities. The submitted test report must be produced by a testing laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration labora- tories) or with official accreditation as a GLP laboratory15.
