- Signed declaration from an Executive Officer stating compliance with applicable environmental legislation and government orders; Signed declaration disclosing any breaches of environmental legislation or permits and the date of the breach; Legal Register listing applicable environmental legislation stating compliance or certified ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent EMS in place and listing relevant permits; Evidence of corrective action following identification of a breach, if applicable.
