- Conformance with this requirement shall be stated in writing, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant company/Licence holder. This statement shall be supported by documentation: • recording the supplier, nature and geographical source of all rubber inputs to the synthetic carpet or rug; • including certificates or other evidence on forest management and certification; and • including an initial and annual report to The Trust on the programme to review options to include Forest Stewardship Council or equivalent certified rubber content in licensed products.
