What the product must meet
- Applies to
- where the Entity uses Outsourcing Contractors that takes Custody of CoC Material that they own or Control.
- Exemptions
- If it is a related or allied company that is already within the Control of the same ASI Member e.g. within the same group as the Entity, there is no need to consider it as an 'Outsourcing Contractor'.
