How it is proven
- Evidence required
- Independent assessment or test reports; or Report from an independent organisation that demonstrates fitness for purpose, market acceptance, suitability, or quality; or Report from consumer-based product comparison testing program. This may be conducted internally or externally. The panel must consist of at least ten panellists external to the organisation with a neutral position. The efficacy of the product must be compared to and found to be equal or superior that of a comparable market leading product.
