How it is proven

Evidence required
The applicant shall verify the legality of the wood sources in accordance with EU Regulation no. 995/2010 in Annex 1 or submit a corresponding declaration from its suppliers (Annex 5). In order to verify the use of wood from sustainable forestry, the applicant shall submit suitable certificates from its raw materials suppliers (Annex 6).
