- Conformance with this requirement shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement of compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the applicant/licence holder company. This statement shall be supported by documentation that includes: • List of suppliers of recycled raw materials, and copies of appropriate licenses or permits. • For aluminium manufactured in New Zealand, this should include copies of licences or proof of New Zealand Association of Metal Recyclers (NZAMR) membership.
