- Logbooks containing vehicle maintenance records demonstrating maintenance in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications; and DoC EV-3.5.2: Vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance manual; and DoC EV-3.5.3: Documentation illustrating the planned vehicle routes and GPS/app data or driver’s records confirming that vehicles followed these routes and demonstrating the traceability of materials in line with Criterion EV-5.2. DoC EV-3.5.4: Documentary evidence to confirm that the recycling facility is aware of — and compliant with — the legal requirements for the transportation of waste in the jurisdiction in which it operates. Where waste and recycled materials transported to and from its site by a third-party, it is that party that is responsible for maintaining legal compliance
