- A copy of the test results from a NATA or ILAC member accredited laboratory showing the TVOC results using either ASTM5116/ASTM6670 or ISO16000-9 and a report from the same or another accredited laboratory showing the calculations for determining the final exposure concentrations from the mattress based on a well-established exposure model/reference case; or DoC MS-3.4.2: A copy of the TVOC test results for the mattress showing the exposure concentration and testing method used; or DoC MS-3.4.3: A copy of a valid Certificate of Compliance (GREENGUARD Gold certificate), stating that the product meets the chemical emissions requirements for UL GREENGUARD Certification; or DoC MS-3.4.4:
