- Conformance with this requirement shall be demonstrated by providing a written statement on regulatory compliance, signed by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorised representative of the licence applicant/holder. This statement shall be supported by current documentation identifying the applicable regulatory requirements including specific obligations arising from permits, regulations, and plan rules; demonstrating how compliance is monitored and maintained; and copies of wording from supply contract conditions or other documented requirements for contract manufacturers (if applicable).
