What the product must meet
- Exemptions
- GHG emissions that have been captured through carbon capture and storage or processes that sequester carbon in the product are not included in the emissions total. To meet the offset requirement for a particular level, the given percentage of emissions must be compensated for by the purchase of offsets or via use of renewables such as biomass.
