- (Only one of the following DoC is required) DoC MS-3.6.1: Signed declaration that no latex or foam is used in the product; or DoC MS-3.6.2: Signed declaration of non-use of 1,3-butadiene from an Executive Officer of the company that produces the latex or foam; or DoC MS-3.6.3: Report on a test carried out in accordance with the following procedure: A sample of the cured product shall be ground and weighed before being analysed. Sampling by use of a headspace sampler. Analysis by means of gas chromatography, detection by use of a flame ionization detector; or DoC MS-3.6.4: VOC test showing a specific line item for butadiene as zero, or a total “alkenes” line item as less than 0.05 mg/m2hr, or less than 0.05 mg/m3 using any reputable standard VOC test method.
