This statement shall be supported by documentation demonstrating the reused, post-consumer/industrial recycled content, rapidly renewable or compostable content; recording the supplier, nature and source of all reused, post-consumer/industrial recycled content, rapidly renewable or compostable content; describing management systems in place with relevant quality control and production documentation to ensure that any claimed % of reused, post-consumer/industrial recycled content, rapidly renewable or compostable content is consistently met; and that includes an initial and annual report to The Trust on the programme and measures taken to increase the % of reused, post-consumer/industrial recycled content, rapidly renewable or compostable content in the carpet or rug.
