Evidence of commitments to human rights including labour rights (e.g., policies, published reports, commitments to international initiatives such as UN Global Compact); Map of at least one tier of its supply chain; Evidence of implementation of a Supplier Code of Conduct including Human and Labour Rights, Health and Safety of workers; Evidence of assessment of suppliers in relation to human rights and recommendations for improvements; Evidence of ISO20400 implementation OR valid SA8000 Standard or equivalent certification OR signatory to UN Global Compact OR SEDEX membership OR GRI 400 Report. If none provided, evidence of commitment to achieve SA 8000 certification within one year OR becoming a signatory to UN Global Compact within six months.
