- Evidence required
- 1. Concrete: Site layout showing the locations of the main plant installations including roadways, stormwater drains, retention basins, etc. The layout plan includes an explanation as to why/how the site layout enables using the land in a particularly efficient way (e.g. biodiversity, efficient traffic flow, stormwater management, efficient storage / processing of materials). Cement / Aggregates: A quarry development plan is in place which includes the extraction plan, soil management plan, and reclamation plan. AND Evidence that progressive reclamation is pursued where reasonably practical and permitted under local requirements (see the annex).
