Evidence of the existence of personal records for all employees, for example a picture of the cover of the records of different people with different functions, or a letter signed by the person responsible for human resources that explains that records are kept for all employees. OR Relevant local laws. 2. Explanation, where possible supported by photographic evidence (e.g. a locked room, filing cabinet or password protected program), of how personal data is protected. OR Relevant local laws.
