- Evidence required
- A test report (XRF, X-ray fluorescence or equivalent method) from the supplier of the recycled composite material showing compliance with the requirement. Alternatively, the requirement can be document with traceability to the source to substantiate that these substances are not included.

- Independent body verifies — a certifier, auditor or verifier with no stake
