- DoC HA-1.1.1: Provision of the following documentation is required to satisfy this criterion: • Relevant fire block plans (showing presence of sprinklers, hydrants, fire alarms – smoke and/or heat detectors and other fire protection apparatus); • Annual hydrant test / commissioning – annubar test to fire block plan specifications; • Latest annual site fire safety statement; and • Routine service test certificates for fire equipment (AS 1851:2012), electrical equipment (AS 3760:2010), and emergency lighting (ASNZS 2293.2:2019) and evidence of test tags and electrical test tags on equipment.
