- unless specified Wetland Protection Measures are in place; where the site has been under an option contract or owned by the current owner for more than five years from the project’s Green Star registration date, this requirement shall be applied to the state of the site that existed at least five, but not more than ten years, prior to the project’s Green Star registration date.
