How it works
One page, three hands
The same record, read at seven moments.
The card is one product page. Scroll, and watch what each hand adds to it. Nothing is ever a second document.
Every clause, read from the scheme’s own document
Before any page exists, the register holds the clause: GECA Panel Boards PB Gen 3.0, MS-3.3, page 25. Klar Cite’s synopsis above, the scheme’s words beneath where its terms allow, capped per reader. Four marks say which impact areas it touches.
Nothing is claimed that cannot be cited.
The register
Klar Cite synopsisFormaldehyde emissions from the board must stay within the limit for its test method (15 listed; any one is accepted). Raw timber and natural materials are excepted. The manufacturer declares it themselves. This concerns human health.

The specifier attaches the credentials the supplier sent and opens the clauses behind each. The record begins as a row, private to the specifier.
Added: product, two credentials, marks drawn from the register.
The judgement stays with the specifier.

Published, with a permalink
The row becomes a page. It carries who entered what, with the date, and a link that goes into the specification. Builder, certifier and assessor will read this same page.
Added: permalink, “entered by” with date. Not yet: any manufacturer.
Specifier data is private until the specifier publishes it.

klarcite.com/p/W75LG6EXCopy citationInvited, and confirming
The manufacturer arrives because someone cited them. They take in what is right, leave out what is not, preview, and publish under one subscription. Klar Cite checks nothing that is entered; it is labelled as the company’s, with the date.
Added: the company’s name and confirmation date. Changed: status Draft → Published.
Confirm once; every specification pointing here stays right.

Where it counts
What the certificate demanded, clause by clause, and which rating tools and procurement policies recognise it, on their terms. Counts appear above thresholds, to subscribers only.
Added: recognition lines and counts. The page itself is unchanged for everyone else.
Not recorded means not recorded, never none.

A date is added, and people are told
The manufacturer enters the certificate’s expiry. Specifiers citing the page and the manufacturer hear about it, factually and dated. Expiry dates live only on manufacturer pages, and only where entered.
Added: expiry 2027-03-31. Sent: one change notice to seven specifiers.

The same page, with its working shown
The assessor opens the link. Every clause names its document and page; the confirmation says who and when; the build id names the register the page was drawn from. What the assessor decides is theirs.
Opened: the clauses behind each credential. Nothing added.
